Jim may be our central focus at the moment, but ideas are still ticking away at the back of our heads, and we've been planning ahead.
We can now reveal that the first story to be released after Jim will star The Fruit Pastel Doctor in a special titled Mayday of The Doctor.
We've also released the titles for The Sorry Doctor's second wave, along with three of the four episode titles it is made out of. The Search for Ireland will feature The Sorry Doctor and David in four exciting new adventures. We don't have the first story title yet, but it shall be followed by iDalek, David's Grave and The Doctor Museum.
To have a better idea of what's to follow these stories, check out the Episode List, which has a rough outline of our schedule this year (although this is currently set to change - we've had some exciting discussions today about possibly throwing one of our lesser featured Doctors a wave!).

By the way, you said that you are "... currently working on attaching said [music] tracks to relevant episode pages as bonus features."
Are you going to attach the "Behind-the-Scenes" tracks (like the one for "Doctor3") as well?
Yup, that's the plan! Any bonus material will be below each episode page, but I'm still looking at the best way of doing it.
